WhatsApp can show a transcript under voice messages, processed on your phone. It supports a limited set of languages, works message by message and cannot be exported as a document. If your language is not offered, or you need several messages as one text, save the audio and transcribe it here.

Save each message with Forward > share icon > Save to Files and upload them one after another. Every transcript keeps its timestamps, so you can find the exact moment in a long message.
